INGREDIENTS
— 1 Cup of quinoa
— 1 tablespoon of pepper or tomato paste
— Less salt, pepper flakes, black pepper
— A quarter bunch of parsley
— 2 pieces of medium tomatoes
— Juice of half a lemon
— 1 tablespoon of olive oil
— 1 dessert spoon of pomegranate sour
— 4 stems of green onions
— 1 cup of hot water
— 2 cucumbers
— A quarter bunch of lettuce
PREPARATION
— Soak 1 cup of quinoa in 1 cup of hot water until it gets soft
— Beautifully blend with tomato paste after softening
— Then add half a lemon, pomegranate sour, olive oil and spices
— Chop all vegetables in small pieces and add to quinoa
— Your kısır is ready for service. Bon appetite!
