INGREDIENTS:
— 2 Pieces of zucchini
— 1 Piece of medium size carrots
— 1 Piece of eggs
— 1 tablespoon of whole wheat flour
— 1 tablespoon of olive oil
— A quarter bunch of parsley
— A quarter bunch of dill
— ½ teaspoon of black pepper
— ½ teaspoon of salt
— 1 teaspoon of dry mint

PREPARATION:
— Grate the pumpkin and carrots, strain the juice
— Add washed, chopped greens
— Then mix all ingredients by adding flour and spices
— Add very little oil to the pan and both fronts of the zucchini hash browns having round shape
— Continue this process until the whole mixture is finished
