INGREDIENTS
— 1 zucchini
— 1 medium size onion
— 2 eggs
— 4 tablespoons of curd cheese
— 1 teaspoon of olive oil
— A little salt and pepper
PREPARATION
— Grate the zucchini and onions, squeeze out the juice with your hands
— Break 2 eggs in a separate bowl, whisk well, add cheese, zucchini, onion and mix, then add the spices and mix.
— Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the pancake pan, take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and put it into the pan
— Turn the other side and cook until it gets crispy. Bon appetite!
